About the role

We are seeking a skilled Engineer Cosmetic to join our dynamic team at Leopoldo Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and improving cosmetic products that meet the highest quality standards. This position is located in the Pandan West Region.

What you'll be doing

• Formulate and test new cosmetic products to ensure they meet safety, efficacy, and quality requirements

• Analyse product performance and make recommendations for improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative cosmetic solutions

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance

• Conduct research and experiments to enhance existing products

• Document and maintain detailed records of all product development activities

• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetic product development or a similar role

• Proficient in formulation development, product testing, and quality control

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of successful product launches

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
