Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to perform design works and manage projects. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, have relevant design experience, and strong communication skills. This position involves technical responsibilities and on-site coordination with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent required.
• Relevant experience in design of Buildings, Civil and Infrastructure works.
• Preferably with project site coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Civil/Structure engineering design works.
• Manage project through liaison with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities.
• Involve in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.

Job description

• Perform Civil/Structure engineering design works
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities for management of project
• Responsible for on-site technical / engineering / administrative matters
• Involve in project planning, implementation, and close monitoring of projects
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Engineer

Requirements:

• Candidate preferable possess Degree or Master in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent degree
• Required Skill(s): Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of people
• Relevant experience in design of Buildings, Civil and Infrastructure works
• Preferably with project site co-ordination experience
• Familiar with authority regulations, design codes and submission requirements is advantageous
• Knowledge of engineering software and MS Office
• Proficient in AUTOCAD and Civil and Structural Engineering software applications
