• Participate in project planning and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing progress claims and reports.
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory work requirements.
• Ensure safety and health practices are followed.

Job description

A. Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
2. Ensure works carried out meet the company’s quality standards and contractual requirements.
3. Participate in project planning, monitor project progress and schedule, including preparing work plans, schedules, related work procedures/method statements, job safety analysis, technical clarifications, resources management, and procurement arrangements.
4. Coordinate with the client, consultant, and sub-contractors on all project aspects, providing technical and non-technical resolutions with proper documentation. Attend all progress meetings.
5. Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claims and reports.
6. Ensure supervisors, foremen, workers, and sub-contractors meet client and regulatory work requirements.
7. Ensure environmental, safety, and health practices are followed at all times.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
