Job summary

SING TEC DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD.

is seeking an on-site engineering lead responsible for all technical matters, ensuring work meets quality standards and contractual requirements, and supporting project planning and scheduling. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors, prepare work plans and method statements, attend progress meetings, assist the Project Manager with monthly claims and reports, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times, plus handle ad-hoc

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• 2. Ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.
• 3. Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
• 4. Including prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification , resources management and procurement arrangement .
• 5. To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
• 6. Include attending all progress meeting.
• 7. Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• 8. Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements.
• 9. Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
• 10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
