A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of Manufacturing Control Systems. Qualifications

• Support system projects executed by internal teams or vendors.

Job description

• Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting/ investigation support of plant Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Responsible to support any system projects being executed internally or by vendors.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.
• Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program for the Manufacturing Control Systems.
