Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to supervise work, ensuring quality and schedule adherence based on laws and regulations.

• Understand design objectives, systems, and project budgets.

• Coordinate with suppliers/sub-contractors regarding tender specifications and obtain quotations.

• Check and ensure equipment and materials comply with specifications and drawings.

• Prepare weekly work schedules and documentation.

• Ensure proper execution of temporary works as planned.

• Control and supervise workmen and subcontractors to meet standards of performance, quality, time, cost, and safety.

• Oversee and be responsible for works carried out by junior supervisors under your care.

• Maintain daily work records, including additional work claims to clients and subcontractors.

• Prepare progress reports for consultants and owners.

• Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of M&E experience in ACMV/HVAC, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

• Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings, and local construction practices.

• Familiarity with local codes and regulations.

• Good team player, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Timely submission of work and reports.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT software.
