Job summary

Mr. Berg Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to oversee engineering projects in Singapore. You will coordinate the Project Team and contractors, ensuring plans and schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include liaising with subcontractors, vendors, and customers, preparing routine and incident reports, and adapting to occasional irregular hours. Diploma or higher in electrical or civil engineering is required, with 0–2 years preferred.

• Liaison and supervision of subcontractors for site progress installation.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and customers on project requirements, etc.
• Site preparation and worker control for daily work and projects.
• Prepare routine reports, service reports, and incident reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma of Electrical Engineering / Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering / Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Preferably 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be hands-on and work irregular hours.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to respond to emergency calls, if happens.
