Job summary

VANCAM CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to oversee planning, design, and execution of projects in Singapore. You will develop engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and technical solutions to meet project requirements.

You will supervise installation and commissioning, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely handover while maintaining documentation and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design: Develop engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and technical solutions.
• Project execution: Coordinate and carry out engineering works according to project requirements.
• Installation and commissioning: Supervise equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: Identify technical problems, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Quality control: Ensure work meets required standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Safety compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, risk assessments, and applicable regulations.
• Project coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other departments.
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare technical reports, inspection records, progress updates, and maintenance records.
• Cost and schedule management: Monitor project budgets, materials, manpower, and work schedules.
• Continuous improvement: Recommend improvements to efficiency, reliability, productivity, and system performance.
