Job description

Project/ Tender Support

• Prepare and assist senior engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation during project or tender phase, demonstrating understanding of project management methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors as needed.
  Support site inspections and quality control checks.

Technical Assistance

• Understand client’s requirement and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers. Prepare and assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.
• Research and analyse technical data.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance. Prepare and implement method of statement and processes for quality assurance.
• Coordinate and carry out testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
  Prepare operational and maintenance manuals and as-built drawing for project handover.

Learning & Development

• Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills. Participate in training programs and workshops.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
