PIKASA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer who will report to the Project Manager and oversee on-site technical and engineering matters, including authority submissions.

You will support planning, coordinate with QEHS, and ensure compliance with procedures, standards and contracts. You will monitor progress, conduct on-site investigations, perform feasibility studies, prepare blueprints, manage inspections, update structural/architectural and M&E progress, and handle

Formación

• Bachelor degree in civil/structural engineering is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Good analytical, supervision and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, all on-site technical/engineering matters and authority submission.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing and implementing the QEHS management of Pikasa Builders Pte Ltd.
• Supervise and monitor that projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
• Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc).
• Carry out technical feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site.
• To update all structural/architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools.
• To prepare and submit shop drawing/material/MOS monthly progress claim and PM Report.
• To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems carefully.

Report to Project Manager, the Engineer has the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor that projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
• Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze date (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)
