Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Enforcement Engagement to turn new ideas into action. You will gather insights from ground observations and stakeholder feedback, support the piloting of new initiatives, and keep our volunteer programmes, campaigns, educational outreach and partnerships running smoothly.

You will be a key point of contact for volunteers, schools, partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in community or stakeholder engagement, campaigns, education programmes, events or coordination.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or CCA experience may apply.
• Curious and open to new ideas; able to turn ideas into action.
• Able to see how different pieces fit together, and turn insights into practical action.
• Interested in innovation and keen to learn and use technology, data and AI tools in engagement work.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; content development experience is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office and Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather insights from enforcement data and stakeholder feedback to pilot new initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day volunteer coordination, onboarding and communications.
• Plan and deliver compliance campaigns and roadshows with design teams.
• Coordinate school engagement and juvenile offender referrals.
• Support partnerships with platform and fleet operators for safety initiatives.
• Engage grassroots organisations and agencies; coordinate outreach with enforcement officers.
• Maintain engagement, referral and volunteer records and evaluate outreach outcomes.
• Handle procurement, claims and administration for section activities.
