Qualifications

Demonstrable consulting or transformation experience in trading or financial services.
Experience across technology-enabled change, data strategy and AI-enabled transformation.
Understanding of project lifecycle management and systems delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams, plan and track actions, and identify risks.
Facilitate client meetings to shape recommendations and drive solutions.
Collaborate with teams, coach juniors and ensure client-ready delivery.
Deliver high-quality outputs and manage stakeholder relationships.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to growth.
Support proposition development and internal knowledge sharing.
