Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Facility policies and management system.

• Lead a team of technical specialists in the Operation and Maintenance of Facility Systems.

• Manage contractors and ensure safety, quality workmanship, and on-time completion.

• Condition Based Monitoring and improvement plans.

• Energy and Water Efficiency opportunities assessment and improvement plans.

• Capital investment plans, project planning, and timely implementation.

• Adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant experience.

• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is a must.

• Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong team player and result-oriented.
