Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Energy Broker to join our Singapore business. The ideal candidate will have prior brokerage experience in any asset class, with a preference for energy markets. No client base is required; instead, we seek a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute trades and facilitate transactions in energy markets, including oil, gas and related commodities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, counterparties, and industry participants.
3. Work closely with the global energy team to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities.
4. Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and key developments in the energy sector.
5. Provide market insights and intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal risk management policies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in brokerage or sales trading in any asset class (energy experience is a plus).
2. Strong commercial mindset and ability to generate new business opportunities.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
6. Understanding of market structure and trading strategies within financial or commodity markets.
