Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) invites a capable coordinator to join the Emergency Preparedness and Response team. You will help coordinate energy supply disruption responses, develop distribution and pandemic preparedness plans, and liaise with government agencies and industry players.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in coordinating large-scale projects, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including government bodies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of coordinating large-scale projects across multiple stakeholders, including government agencies.
• Supply Chain Management and/or Petroleum Industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; strong organizational and data management skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Understand the energy supply chain and potential disruptions.
• Develop energy supply and distribution operational plans and pandemic preparedness plans.
• Liaise with other government agencies and industry players to improve resilience of energy supply chain.
• Support management of resources appointed by EDB to audit and inspect EDB managed worksites.
• Drive industry development programs to keep Singapore competitive in the E&C sector.
• Support Trade Associations Initiatives on E&C and Process workers’ availability and productivity.
• Assist in land master planning.
