Zusammenfassung

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Building Automation Engineer to design, program, and optimize BMS and control strategies for energy efficiency in buildings in Singapore.

You will implement energy-saving measures, conduct audits, and perform commissioning and testing while integrating sensors and automation tech. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical HVAC) with at least 3 years in building automation or HVAC controls.

Qualifikationen

Diploma/degree in engineering related to instrumentation, electrical, or HVAC fields.
Proficient in building automation and energy management concepts.
Experience with HVAC controls and energy efficiency principles.
Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems.

Aufgaben

Design, program, and modify Building Management Systems (BMS) and control strategies.
Implement energy-saving measures including scheduling, demand control, and setpoint optimization.
Conduct energy audits and performance assessments.
Perform system commissioning, testing, and validation.
Integrate smart meters, sensors, and automation technologies.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards and local regulations.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost-benefit analyses.
Collaborate with team and communicate findings effectively.
Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
