Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Grow the client franchise by prospecting and onboarding suitable clients for OTC hedging.
- Responsible for co-ordinating the KYC, credit approval and legal paperwork
- Pricing and deal execution
- Attend conferences and relevant networking events to expand client portfolio.
- Help in any new business initiatives and product rollouts.
- May need to travel overseas depending on client coverage
- Comply with all applicable regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time.
Competencies, Skills and Experience:
- 5-6 years of direct sales experience in a derivative sales role in a bank, trading house or NBFI
- Understanding of derivative products
- Familiarity with the onboarding / credit approval process
- Good attitude and self-starter
- Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
