Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care before, during and after endoscopic procedures.
• Prepare and check endoscopy equipment and rooms for readiness.
• Assist doctors during procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Monitor vital signs during procedures and recovery.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Ensure cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of endoscopy equipment per protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing reports.
• Comply with clinical guidelines, infection control standards and workplace safety.
