RequirementsDescription and RequirementsPosition overview:EUC Specialist Senior is responsible for providing first line support to internal clients, administration staff and EUC specialist in assisting them with additional hardware and software and hardware requirements and making sure that the systems are working properly according to company standards. Resource is responsible for providing technical support to both operations and staff, always looking for continuous improvement in the processes established, and is also responsible for ensuring the availability of computing resources to the organization.Key responsibilities: Provide technical on-site or remote support to end-users for the resolution of issues with hardware or software Create WiFi credentials for clients and other visitors and provide any required support to enable access Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications Troubleshoot reported issues and escalate to the specialized team when required (Network, Telephony, Server, etc) Provide support and troubleshooting expertise for new client launches Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades, coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements Maintain technical documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting stepsAdditional Job DescriptionWork Location: Gift City, GandhinagarWorking Mode: 5 Days Work from officeShift Timings: Rotational Flexible Shift (including Night shift)Experience: 5+ YearsKey Skills: Person should have experience working with Google Suit / Google Workspace OR MAC OS troubleshooting along with the tech skills required for EUC roleEEO StatementAt TELUS Digital, we enable customer experience innovation through spirited teamwork, agile thinking, and a caring culture that puts customers first.
