• Familiar with end-to-end video production workflow.
• Flexible team player; support editorial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Story: chase leads, pitch ideas, develop narratives that resonate with our audience.
• Crew Main Productions: participate in main shoots as a vital crew member (cameras, lighting, audio).
• Drive Post-Production: lead editing when required to deliver polished videos for digital and social media.
• Solve Problems: proactively address operational, technical, and creative challenges.
