Job summary

GEORGE FISCHER PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Project Execution Engineer to support end-to-end project delivery from planning to commissioning, building strong customer relations through professional execution. You will lead project planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, review drawings, and ensure timely updates.

A Diploma or Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering with 3–5 years in similar roles is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in project design, management, planning or equivalent positions.
Diploma or Degree in mechanical/chemical engineering.
Prior experience in Microelectronics, Water Treatment, HVAC/Cooling, Data Centre projects would be an advantage.
Engineering software experience in AutoCAD / Plant 3D or REVIT and equivalent.
Strong MS Excel and MS Office (PowerPoint / Word) usage skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project planning and execution activities.
Lead or participate in pre-sales/kickoff project meetings and provide required information for a strong start.
Be the key contact engineer for project-related issues and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Coordinate GF staff across departments to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress updates; coordinate internal resources to resolve issues timely.
Gatekeeper for GF quality; report on quality issues and ensure correct installation methods on-site.
Support in resolving customer technical enquiries and advise on best options to reduce errors and costs.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain to review material availability and project schedules.
