Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Ocean Export Executive to manage end-to-end ocean export operations, documentation, booking, and customer communication. You will ensure compliance with permit declarations and BL documents, coordinating with carriers and vendors to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in ocean freight forwarding, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills for seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight forwarding operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Min 3 years in freight/export coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute Ocean export operations from A to Z.
• Liaise with customers on requirements and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain documentation for Export activities.
• Handle permit declarations and BL transport documents.
• Coordinate with carriers & Co-loaders for export docs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage shipments.
• Liaise with vendors for export shipments.
• Prepare billing invoices and perform verification.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
