Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• At least 3 years in fibre provisioning or telecom service delivery.
• End-to-end fibre provisioning and service delivery experience.
• Fibre migration, site planning, testing, activation and handover experience.
• SLA, risk, schedule, and contractor management experience.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Good project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage contractors and multiple concurrent deliveries.
• Customer- and service-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Knowledge of fibre provisioning workflows and mobile backhaul coordination.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end fibre provisioning and delivery of DomData orders, ensuring timely activation against SLAs.
• Plan and coordinate provisioning activities from order receipt through implementation, testing, activation and handover.
• Track milestones, dependencies and risks; proactively resolve issues affecting delivery dates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure order readiness and reporting.
• Manage migration and site readiness for fibre deployments to maintain service readiness.
• Develop implementation plans and schedules in coordination with mobile and network teams.
• Coordinate cutover and commissioning activities to minimize service disruption.
• Monitor progress and escalate critical risks to meet rollout timelines.
