A leading company in retail is seeking an HR Compliance Lead to oversee employment law and ensure compliance within HR practices across Asia. This experienced position requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills while promoting a fair working environment. Summary
The objective of the position is to lead the Employment Law & HR Compliance function, this is a single contributor role. The holder of the position is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and internal guidelines for HR related topics. To this end, he/she is responsible for setting up and operating an appropriate and effective HR compliance management system (CMS HR program). The holder of the position is also responsible for the HR policies and supports the team on efficient processes across HR. Furthermore the holder of the position will be advising and supporting labour law related issues and tasks, in cooperation with the legal councils across Asia.
