Job Title: Human Resource Consultant (Full-time/Part-Time / Freelance)


We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Consultant to join our team. If you have prior experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, and you're looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

Actively source, interview, and match candidates to suitable job placements based on client requirements.


Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.


Provide professional advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Meet individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team success.


Stay updated with Singapore’s employment regulations and market trends.


Requirements:

Must possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) or be willing to attend the CEI course and pass the exam promptly.


Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or business development.


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.


Comfortable with a results-driven and commission-based work structure.


Working Arrangement:

Flexible working hours, freelance or part-time basis.


Work at your own pace with minimal supervision.


Commission Structure:

50/50 profit-sharing (Commission = Revenue – company costs, including application fees, issuance fees, medical checkup fees, etc.).
