Conduct fair and thorough investigations into allegations of violations of Shopee’s HR policies or local laws and other employee grievances.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Legal and local HR teams across the region to advise on local investigation processes, policies and compliance matters.
Triage Employee Relations cases and identify potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately by providing clear guidelines.
Analyse and track Employee Relations trends to proactively create a positive organisational culture and build HRBPs’ and Team Leads’ capabilities on managing Employee Relations cases.
Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to identify gaps and suggest improvements in Ethics and Integrity processes and procedures.
Drive special projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives as needed, to enhance efficiency of HR operation.
