Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyse data on benefits utilization, costs, and employee feedback. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HOD to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Project Support: Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives. Coordinate timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful project rollouts.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external benefits providers to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and ensure the delivery of services aligns with company expectations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline benefits administration processes. Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims. Prepare regular reports on policy status, renewals, and claims for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
