Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a leader to head hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response programmes in Singapore. The role involves developing emergency plans, SOPs, and readiness exercises, while coordinating responses to pandemics, IT downtime, and operational incidents.

You will manage the Emergency Planning team and oversee daily operations, supporting activation of the Operations Centre and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in any discipline.
• Min. 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields.
• Min. 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
