Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our R&D team. This full-time role focuses on developing embedded software for high-speed semiconductor equipment.

You will work on motion control, RTOS-based systems, and collaboration across hardware and software domains, with hands-on use of C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and FPGA-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with embedded processors such as microcontrollers, DSP, ARM, and various computer system architectures.
• Sound understanding of RTOS, signal processing, and control theory.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB.
• FPGA programming knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in Motion Control / Embedded Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance motion control systems for high-speed, high-precision semiconductor assembly equipment
• Provide technical consultation and solutions to the product team on motion and control systems
• Design and develop embedded software in accordance with technical specifications
• Develop servo control methodologies, algorithms, and implementation for high-performance mechatronic systems
