Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SMS/Email Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our customer engagement strategies across SMS and email platforms. You will play a key role in building personalized campaigns, driving conversions, and enhancing customer loyalty through tailored messaging. This role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and hands-on experience with ecommerce marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Development: Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  2. Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create targeted email lists based on user behavior and demographics.
  3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling email copy and design visually appealing layouts.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  5. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to improve email performance and user engagement.
  6. Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer service, to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to continuously enhance our strategies.

  • Post graduate/ Bachelor's degree in any field.
