Job summary

Requirements include 5+ years in elementary PYP teaching with Chinese literacy or language acquisition, plus leadership experience; a Master’s in educational leadership and a Teaching Qualification, with Mandarin & English proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of elementary homeroom teaching in a PYP context, with experience in teaching Chinese literacy or language acquisition and 2 years of leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives to build school culture aligned with the vision.
• Bilingual Mandarin & English to support World Language and Bilingual programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary school initiatives and collaborate with staff to build school culture.
• Act as Principal, Elementary when required and contribute to school-wide leadership.
• Support the school vision, mission and IB programme implementation.
