Job Info:

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 7:50am - 4:55pm
• Salary: Basic up to $4,200 + AWS + VB

Job Scope:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Marketing, and Production to drive improvement initiatives and execute projects effectively.
2. Manage chemical specifications, monitor bath performance, and resolve technical issues with suppliers to ensure optimal process conditions.
3. Support plating line setup and modifications, including designing and deploying racks, jigs, and chemical baths.
4. Lead projects aligned with management’s strategic objectives, managing timelines and deliverables.
5. Prepare technical reports and update stakeholders regularly on project progress.
6. Develop and standardize system documentation for consistency, traceability, and compliance.
7. Review and approve sample tests and quality reports to support product validation and customer specifications.
8. Lead the qualification and industrialization of new raw materials, products, and processes.
9. Implement value-added initiatives to reduce costs and improve operations.
10. Monitor industrialized materials and products, initiating corrective actions for improvements.
