Job summary

Thales in Singapore is seeking a skilled electronics technician to repair unserviceable equipment and contribute to diagnostic analysis. You will apply your knowledge of analog and digital electronics to identify faults and implement fixes on a range of systems.

Working at the Changi site, you will perform tests, calibrations, and modifications in line with our quality programs, while respecting turnaround targets. You may be rostered in shifts to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Competent in diagnostic theory and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Repair unserviceable equipment as trained, and analyze failures as needed.
• Test, repair and modify equipment in line with quality programs and procedures.
• Meet turnaround time targets set by ARU Manager for repairs/modifications.
• Maintain and calibrate test means or equipment with M&T support.
• Stay up to date with product documentation (SBs, SILs, TIs, CMM updates).
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of repairs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement actions.
