Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years in electronics design, sustaining engineering, or board-level support roles.
• Hands-on PCB debugging experience.
• Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Effective written and verbal communication in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external vendors to support engineering validation and turnkey manufacturing solutions.
• Design, sustain, and troubleshoot PCBs, power supplies, and electronic test fixtures.
• Interpret and apply engineering requirements at board and sub-system levels.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations for analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Conduct hands-on PCBA debugging using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs).
• Independently troubleshoot board-level and sub-system issues with moderate technical ownership.
• Contribute to sustaining engineering activities, including ECO execution and manufacturability improvements.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, ECOs, test procedures, and sustaining updates.
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and project status to stakeholders and management.
