Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a QC/QA professional to perform inspections of materials, assemblies, and finished products. You will verify configurations, document results, and escalate non-conformities while supporting NCR/MRB activities.

Candidate should hold NITEC or Diploma equivalents, with 2 years in electronics QC/QA preferred. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule at the Changi site with AWS and bonus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing.
• Preferably 2 years of QC/QA experience in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections for materials, assemblies, and finished products.
• Conduct visual and workmanship inspections according to drawings, specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Verify product configuration, part numbers, labels, serial numbers, and other required documentation before shipment.
• Identify, record, and segregate non-conforming materials or products and support NCR/MRB activities.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, quality reports, and traceability documentation.
• Work with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support investigation of quality issues and basic root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support customer quality requirements, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, safety, and applicable quality procedures.
