About the Role
As a QC Engineer, you will play a key role in safeguarding product quality and ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. This hands-on role involves cross-functional collaboration, on-the-ground quality inspections, and driving corrective actions — all within a fast-paced and agile manufacturing environment.

- Monthly Salary: SGD 3,200 – 4,500 (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to define and meet quality control standards
- Conduct in-process and final QC (FQC) audits, and document findings with clear traceability
- Identify root causes of quality issues and work with QA and Product teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans in line with ISO and regulatory requirements
- Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) programs and incoming material checks
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and maintain robust QC documentation
What They’re Looking For
- Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience: At least 1 year in electronics manufacturing or a similar QC environment
- Core Knowledge:
SQA and product audit processes (incoming, in-process, and outgoing)
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulatory standards
Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards
Exposure to quality control for plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping, or machining parts
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: IPC or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt) certification is an advantage
- Tools: Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other statistical quality tools
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator across teams
