About the Role
As a QC Engineer, you will play a key role in safeguarding product quality and ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. This hands-on role involves cross-functional collaboration, on-the-ground quality inspections, and driving corrective actions — all within a fast-paced and agile manufacturing environment.

• Position: QC Engineer
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Monthly Salary: SGD 3,200 – 4,500 (commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: Performance-based bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to define and meet quality control standards
• Conduct in-process and final QC (FQC) audits, and document findings with clear traceability
• Identify root causes of quality issues and work with QA and Product teams to implement corrective actions
• Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans in line with ISO and regulatory requirements
• Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) programs and incoming material checks
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives and maintain robust QC documentation

What They’re Looking For

• Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience: At least 1 year in electronics manufacturing or a similar QC environment
• Core Knowledge:
  SQA and product audit processes (incoming, in-process, and outgoing)
  Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulatory standards
  Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards
  Exposure to quality control for plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping, or machining parts

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: IPC or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt) certification is an advantage
• Tools: Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other statistical quality tools
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator across teams
