Provide quality support for our customers on high-fidelity systems through hands-on sessions and back-end data processing work.

• Provide maintenance support for electronic systems associated with simulator platforms.

• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of faults/technical issues.

• Assist customers by exploring new technologies applicable to our scope of work.

• Liaise effectively with Customers and Suppliers on quotations, invoices, and shipping documentation.

• This role requires an 8-hour shift, with schedules of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on a rotating basis.
  This position is offered as a 2-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
