THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer (LCD Board) to support avionics engineering matters, analyze defects, and perform root-cause investigations. The role requires liaising with HQ and customers to ensure quality and timely responses.

Based at 5 Bedok South, Yokogawa Building, Singapore, 469270, the position is Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with a basic salary of SGD 3,300 to 3,700 plus PB, AWS, and annual increments.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3 years of related experience.
• Electronics troubleshooting knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturing system equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support avionics engineering matters related to product specs and changes.
• Liaise with HQ and customer on product analysis to ensure quality and response times.
• Perform root cause analysis on product returns and in-process failures.
• Conduct inspections and analytical tests per engineering specs.
• Prepare Customer Claim / In-process Analysis Report.
• Prepare repair procedures/instructions for production and monthly failure reports.
• Liaise with HQ for support on higher level product analysis.
• Ensure analysis equipment and tools are properly maintained and functional.
