Job summary

KYOWA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a line operator to load and unload parts at the designated machine, ensuring correct parts are loaded and daily plating safety is observed.

You will keep machines, chemical tanks, and the production floor clean, perform rinsing between processes, participate in weekly and monthly maintenance, and follow work instructions to complete duties promptly while maintaining 6S standards and tolerating long shifts in a hot, chemical environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to load and unload parts as per work instructions.
• Attention to part identification to ensure correct loading.
• Willingness to perform routine plating-related safety and 6S practices.
• Physically able to stand long hours in a hot, chemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts at located machine
• Ensure correct parts are loaded onto machine
• Perform daily task safety effectively for plating
• Ensure cleanliness of machine, chemical tank and production floor areas
• Ensure complete rinsing when transferring parts before proceeding to the next process
• Conduct weekly and monthly maintenance of machine
• Perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner
• Prepare the required instrument according to work instruction
• Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized (6S)
• Work in a physically demanding environment with long hours of standing and exposure to high temperatures and chemicals.
