Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore is seeking a skilled CAD drafter to create dimensioned drawings and 3D models from engineering input, build parts lists, and develop catalog pages and animations while supporting ERP workflows.

The role involves collaboration with production and customers, prototype development, and occasional travel up to 10%. A two-year technical degree and at least 2 years drafting experience are required, with AutoCAD Inventor or similar CAD proficiency.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree, associate's in mechanical or electrical drafting preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor or similar CAD system.
2D/3D Model Creation and CAD proficiency.
Autodesk Certification and Revit/BIM experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create dimensioned drawings and 3D models based on input from engineers and customers.
Perform low and medium complexity design work on components including 3D library components and assemblies.
Create parts lists for new products.
Create catalog pages, illustrations, and animations; support work within the ERP system.
Assist production personnel related to product assembly, testing, and methods.
Engineering drafting support to develop custom solutions for customers, conceptual drawings, and other project work.
