Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an electrician, also known as an Automation Technician, to assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in automated machinery. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in electrical installation, be familiar with tools like crimping and soldering equipment, and possess the ability to read electrical circuit diagrams. Qualifications

Electrician, often referred to as an Automation Technician, is responsible for installing automated systems and machinery used in Industrial Automation, SMT lines or Semi-con industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in installing electrical wiring in automated machinery, including robotic systems, conveyors, and electrical control panels.
  • Help diagnose and resolve basic issues in electrical systems, sensors, actuators, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) under supervision.
  • Perform I/O tests on automated systems to verify functionality and assist with necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of cable lists, wiring diagrams, and in-process documentation.
  • Work closely with other electricians, engineers, and other team members to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Job Requirement
