Job description

Client Details:

• 5.25 Days, Alternate Sat. Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm); Sat (9am to 6pm)

• 3 Sites (North-East & East)

• Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

• ICT industry

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission low-voltage systems (Tap Off units, IPDUs, lighting, outlets, cabling).

• Perform thermal scanning, earthing, and lightning protection inspections under LEW supervision.

• Support 3–5 annual data centre shutdowns and system testing (IST).

• Conduct routine inspections and generator testing.

• Maintain and service HVAC systems (cooling towers, pumps, CRAH, FCUs, MV fans).

• Respond to BMS alarms and guide ops technicians on resolution.

• Update documentation: asset lists, reports, SOPs, and maintenance schedules.

• Supervise vendors and ensure quality of work.

• Lead and train a team of at least four junior technicians.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data centre or similar maintenance/construction environment.
