Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor (Switchboard) to lead the assembly and wiring of MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels at the Aljunied Ave site. You will supervise technicians, ensure safety, and drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of switchboard experience in Singapore, hands-on wiring skills, and the ability to read electrical drawings with strong Troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of switchboard electrical work experience in Singapore (MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels).
• Hands-on assembly and wiring skills, plus supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and personally carry out assembly and wiring of MSB, MCC, SB, DB and PLC panels; execute and supervise switchboard electrical installation works.
• Troubleshoot wiring and panel faults and resolve them promptly.
• Lead, guide and allocate work to a team of technicians.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams to meet delivery schedules.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 basic, plus variable bonus and annual bonus

Employment: Full-time contract role (Project Scheme)

Day/timings: 5.5-day work week; timings will be shared at interview

Company brief: Our client is an established M&E engineering group in Singapore, with in-house manufacturing of low-voltage switchboards and electrical panels.

Job Responsibilities:
