Job summary

LSL ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electricians for installation, servicing, maintenance and rectification works at site.

You will read SLDs and basic AutoCAD drawings, perform troubleshooting, plan daily work, ensure safety, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and handover projects as required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on electrical installation and servicing experience.
• Able to independently lead a team to carry out electrical servicing, maintenance and installation works.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Experience with distribution boards (DBs), switchboards, circuit breakers, cables and electrical distribution systems.
• Able to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical drawings.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers and customers.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Responsible, independent and willing to work hands-on at site.
• Relevant NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or electrical qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians/workers for electrical installation, servicing, maintenance and rectification works.
• Hands-on knowledge in electrical installation works, including cable laying, cable termination, DB installation, MCB/MCCB replacement, lighting, isolators and electrical equipment.
• Attend site servicing and troubleshooting works and provide technical guidance to workers.
• Able to identify electrical faults and recommend suitable rectification works.
• Plan and assign daily work to workers and ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
• Supervise testing, inspection, installation and replacement of electrical components.
• Able to read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings and basic AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure electrical works comply with site requirements, safety requirements and good workmanship standards.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing & commissioning and project handover when required.
• Drive company vehicle to transport workers, tools or materials to job sites when required.
