Salary & Benefits

• Basic Monthly Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Variable Incentive: Project-based commission tied to project payment milestones
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rest Days: 4 days per month
• Annual Leave & Medical Leave: In accordance with MOM regulations

Our client is a Singapore-based interior design and renovation company providing electrical and plumbing services for residential and commercial projects. The company is seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site electrical and plumbing works for renovation projects
• Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, manpower deployment, and site activities
• Manage electrical materials, tools, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, electrical regulations, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction
• Ensure safe use of electricity and proper installation practices on-site
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and project completion acceptance
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Relevant electrical qualifications and practical work experience
• Experience supervising electrical works in renovation or construction projects
• Ability to manage site operations, manpower, and materials effectively
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for work‑related communication
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Singapore
