Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to coordinate daily site activities across multiple construction sites.

You will monitor schedules, supervise electrical installations, and liaise with customers and subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and can read electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Willing to travel between sites when required.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good site supervision, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, work quality and safety.
• Supervise electrical installation works according to drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with customers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on project submissions, approvals and site issues to ensure timely completion.
