Job summary

MECGRO ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, tender documentation, and subcontractor payment verification for electrical projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordination with main contractors and support to the Project Director on cashflow forecasting. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying with 3–5 years of relevant experience, including landed property exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of similar work experience.
• Experience in landed property industry.
• Assists in shop drawings & material submission.
• Liaise with main contractor.
• Supervise the installation of electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Preparing of cost estimation & evaluation and quantity take off
• Preparing of od documents for tendering application
• Preparing of payment claims and verifying of sub-contractor payments
• Assist Project Director on project cashflow forecasting
• Sourcing for material and quotation for evaluation
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
