Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical QA Technician to inspect, test, and verify switchboards, panels, and related components meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements before shipment.

You will perform in-process inspections during assembly, conduct FAT tests such as dielectric strength, document results, and collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to resolve quality issues to support project timelines. 1–2 years QA/QC experience preferred.

Competenze

• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with hand tools and electrical testing equipment.

Job Summary:

ElectricalQuality Assurance (QA) Technician for inspecting, testing, and verifying thatelectrical switchboards, panels, and associated components meet designspecifications, safety standards, and quality requirements before they areshipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Process Inspection: Perform inspections during the assembly of the switchboard, verifying proper installation of components, wiring, and adherence to electrical schematics.


• Final Inspection and Testing (FAT): Conduct final, detailed visual inspections, functional tests (e.g., operational checks of breakers, lights, and meters), and dielectric strength (high-pot, Mega, PI, SI, Injection Test) testing to ensure the switchboard is ready for service.


• Documentation and Reporting: Create, maintain, and update inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformity reports.


• Collaboration: Liaise with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality issues and support project timelines.

Requirements

• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, and schematics.


• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in manufacturing.


• Tools: Proficient in using hand tools, precision measuring tools, and electrical testing equipment.


• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills for troubleshooting, and effective communication.


• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
