Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Project Manager (Electrical) in the central area.

Working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri), with 8:00am-12:30pm on Saturdays and a 5.5-day work week. • Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team to monitor and manage project progression and costing.
• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors' work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, materials and samples.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, consultants or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples.
• Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies between Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural and client provisions and address them.
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline.
• Attend meetings with contractors to address issues and update progress.
• Study and review drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Allocate work to Engineers and Supervisors and ensure tasks meet standards and SOP.

Project Manager (Electrical)

Working Day: 5.5 Day | 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8am - 12.30pm (Sat)

Location: central area

Salary: $6,000 - $8,500

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Team as a Project Manager to monitor and manage the project progression and work within the costing.
• To monitor and supervise sub-contractors' work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, Consultants or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Sound Technical Knowledge in Electrical and ELV Service and able to identify discrepancies between Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline
• To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress
• Study and reviewing of drawings, specifications for compliance
• Allocate work to Engineers and Supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.
