Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd seeks a Project Manager (Electrical) to lead the project team, monitor progression, and manage costs from central Singapore. Working days are 5.5 with 8.30am–5.30pm (Mon–Fri) and 8am–12.30pm on Saturdays.

You will liaise with authorities, subcontractors and clients, review ELV designs for compliance, and allocate work to engineers while ensuring SOPs are met. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in electrical engineering with significant relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage electrical/ELV projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, method statements and applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to monitor progression and control costs.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work aligns with shop drawings and method statements.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients on drawings, materials and samples.
• Review electrical/ELV design drawings for design intent and compliance.
• Identify discrepancies between Electrical, Structural, ID, and client provisions.
• Attend meetings with contractors to address issues and update progress.
• Allocate tasks to engineers and supervisors and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Role: Project Manager (Electrical)

• Working Day: 5.5 Day |8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8am - 12.30pm (Sat)

• Salary: $6,000 - $8,500

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team as a Project Manager to monitor and manage the project progression and work within the costing.
• To monitor and supervise sub-contractors' work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, Consultants or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Sound Technical Knowledge in Electrical and ELV Service and able to identify discrepancies between Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline
• To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress
• Study and reviewing of drawings, specifications for compliance
• Allocate work to Engineers and Supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience
